Hammerson Plc, The Spitalfields Development Group and the Corporation of London appointed Free Form Arts Trust as Public Art Consultants and lead public artists for the Bishops Square development in Spitalfields. The £500,000 Bishops Square Public Art Programme has helped towards completion of a 17-year regeneration of the local area
The public art programme includes a three year sculpture programme and floorscape artworks: fibre optic lighting installation and a Museum without Walls – heritage objects in custom-built display cases

Winner: first London Planning Awards -Mayor’s Award & 'best planned building contributing to London's future'.
Hothouse: Phase Two on-site and due for completion in Spring 2007. It will expand the resources available to those working, and wanting to work, in the creative industries.
Facilities will include rooftop studio suite; integrated energy generating photo-voltaics; 2 studio residences for visiting artists & artists in residence; meeting rooms & exhibition spaces.
Hothouse is on the edge of London Fields.and next to the Liverpool Street to Stansted rail route.
